Joy Seago began her design career in New York, working on notable residences in Connecticut, the Berkshires, Manhattan, the Hamptons, and throughout the Hudson Valley. After honing her craft in the dynamic design scene of New York, she returned to Texas to establish her own firm—driven by a desire to be closer to her roots and bring a refined yet deeply personal approach to luxury interiors. Blending the sophistication of her East Coast experience with the warmth of Southern hospitality, she creates spaces that feel both timeless and tailored. She holds a Master’s in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
“ I love using subtle elements of surprise to make a space visually engaging. Design should be fun—but first and foremost, it must be functional. There’s extensive research connecting our built environment to our psychological and physiological well-being.
Good design is art. Great design is the union of art and science.”
